1. Agreement at checkout
By selecting the acceptance checkbox and continuing to payment, you agree to these Terms of Sale, the SPECTER SDR End User License Agreement, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. The checkout record stores the accepted document versions and timestamp.
2. Products and prices
SPECTER SDR is a one-time USD 199 personal license. SPECTER Complete is a one-time USD 349 bundle containing one SPECTER SDR key and one SPECTER Imaging key. Prices shown at checkout control. Applicable taxes may be calculated or collected based on payment and location information. No recurring subscription is created unless a future product clearly says otherwise and you separately authorize it.
3. Payment processor
Stripe processes card payment. SPECTER does not receive full card numbers. Your purchase is complete only after payment authorization. SPECTER may reject or cancel a transaction associated with fraud, payment failure, pricing error, sanctions restrictions, or unauthorized use and will refund any amount actually captured for a cancelled transaction.
4. Digital delivery
License keys are delivered electronically to the checkout email, usually within minutes after successful payment. You are responsible for entering a deliverable email address and safeguarding the keys. If delivery fails, contact support with the checkout email. The software installer is provided through the official download page and requires a supported Windows system.
5. License, not ownership
Your payment purchases the license rights described in the applicable end user license agreement, not ownership of the software or its intellectual property. The standard SPECTER SDR license permits one active computer at a time and personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.
6. Product requirements
You are responsible for reviewing the current system, radio, driver, antenna, internet, and storage requirements before purchase. Hardware is not included. Some features require optional third-party software, public data services, compatible equipment, lawful signals, or internet access. Current validation limitations disclosed on the download and supported-radio pages are part of the product description.
7. Refunds
The Refund Policy provides a 14-day request period for direct purchases. Approved refunds revoke the associated license keys. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Chargebacks and billing questions
Contact support before filing a chargeback so delivery, activation, duplication, or compatibility issues can be investigated. A chargeback or payment reversal may suspend the associated keys while the payment is disputed. This does not limit your rights with your card issuer.
9. Updates and availability
A perpetual license does not expire for the licensed product version. It includes updates that SPECTER chooses to release without a separate charge, but does not guarantee indefinite support for every operating system, hardware revision, external service, or future major product.
10. Liability and governing terms
The warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the applicable end user license agreement apply to the purchase and use of the software to the maximum extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by Colorado law, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
